Still in a dead period through the end of the month so there’s not a ton of new information to be had

Saw that Jayson Jones interview on Locked on Auburn. Boy that is one articulate kid, uh man child. Sounds like Mba is the real deal, also that they got little help last year with schemes etc which limited performance.
And sure sounds like Freeze is very detail oriented, very detailed.
From the talk Id expect Jones to show up in much better shape than last year, as will most of the players. And far better coached.
Its a good listen, not exactly recruiting oriented but its the dead period, still plenty of time before month end for Savage to start a 10 page rant.

5* ATH Mike Matthews visited for the Auburn/Bama basketball game per Jason Caldwell. He's a dual sport athlete being recruited for both football and basketball but it seems mainly football.

We were pretty much out of it until the basketball offer. UGA, Clemson, UT are all going to be tough to beat, but we’re really in it for Mike.
