Good morning.
Raised in Phenix City I have my personal thoughts on the role Pat Nix played with Craig in this? Nix had to know. Cam was a done deal. Nix is still pissed he is coaching in high school and Auburn or Bama has not come asking him to be on Staff as well as Craig. Nix knew what was going down and I bet a dime to a dollar he has received numerous phone calls yesterday from some powerful people who have helped him in his career. Nix may soon follow the path of Propst.
We disagree on things but like you this is a bit numbing. Kudos for Coach Freeze and the Staff for selling Auburn, the program and offering a stout NIL to the kid the right way.
We press on!

The kids at central are dipshit game players in recruiting. This happens every cycle and has been going on long before Pat became the coach.

Man... that's too bad. Kid looked great. I try not to get too excited about recruiting these days.

They were altogether at AU. But this all makes it sound like he wanted the biggest NIL deal.

He looked awful in JHS last year. He was a freshman and his 2 worst games were on the road. I expect him to be better, but I'm not sold on top QB.

It’s not over for Coleman. We will continue to recruit. However I think Cam is on a short leash with the staff.

People can’t accept being wrong and falling for the rumor that Bo left because Tater Head wouldn’t assure Bo the starting spot. Lol. Bo was the starter, Bo wanted his bag even tho he bleeds Orange and Blue, he also wanted assurances that the staff would go harder to upgrade the talent on the offensive side. Haskin’s dumbass wouldn’t do his job so Bo left.
Bo had no other option. Patrick paid his dues at AU and still is a great ambassador for the university.

Centeal and Opelika have always been pains to us. Hopefully Freeze will wish them luck. We have way too many options within a 2 hour radius.

It sucks but some of these kids are going to make pure NIL decisions. I know if I had two choices in job I'd take the one that pays more if the difference is material...
Even if he ends up at A&M maybe they have coaching turmoil and we snag him in the TP in a year or so

Everyone needs to cut Bo slack. Those stating that he sucked, why are we still talking about him years later? Anything to do with his elite play on the west coast????
We also need to realize that kids have a short window (4-5 years) that is make it or break it. Careers and generational wealth are at stake. He saw the writing on the wall at AU.
