If he's fired at the end of the season over 8 wins and we hire Freeze, I'll probably give up Auburn football forever.

In fact, I don't want him to get the interim tag either, should that become a thing

Eliah Drinkwitz is yet another former Gus Malzahn protege who makes a lot of sense as Lindsey’s replacement.

He actually followed Gus Malzahn at Springdale High as the offensive coordinator the year he left to coach the offense at Arkansas, and then followed Malzahn to Auburn as a quality control assistant before also following Malzahn to Arkansas State as a running backs coach. He jumped through the ranks as the co-offensive coordinator at Arkansas State,

Happy to have Eliah DrinkoLashlee-ChipLindseyWitz on staff. feels like a breath of fresh air.

We need a qb coach. Gus is perfectly fine calling plays. He's done it before with pretty good success. That's what Lindsey was supposed to add but as we can all see with Stidham's regression that isn't what we got.

I don't care if KB gets the job, but if we pay him like we're paying some OC we bought off the competitive market - yes, lets riot

if we get another Gus "protege" I'm completely done. Although, I'm already done with Gus anyway so carry on

Sames, if Gus wants to go out calling his own shots then so be it but do not pay another puppet (lashlee, chip, burns) 500k+

Promote KB pay him 150 and lets see if Gus can get it done

Then we should hire Dan Enos. Instead we hire lackeys and has-beens on our offensive staff

Wasn't Drinkowitz a name that was thrown out last time when Chip got the job? I remember lots of people saying he'd be a great hire at the time. I dont know anything about the guy except hearing his name last time around.

I actually believe he would be a great hire if left to his own devices

Not sure he'd be willing to make a lateral move just to have Gus tell him what to do though

I’m sorry but what makes us think Burns is such a good coach? Character guy, might be able to recruit but he doesn’t get to do whatever he wants because he is an “Auburn man”.

Should add BMFP to the list. Gus gets fired mid season, BMFP gets named interim, yella fella gets turned white by Lowder.

It only took 16 years but every plan takes time.

Why not Gus just run it, if he can’t trust anyone and next year is do or die?
