Grok says:

Given Auburn’s explosiveness and Michigan State’s defensive tenacity, I predict Auburn will win, leveraging their late-game momentum, while Michigan State keeps it tight with physical play. My predicted score: Auburn 76, Michigan State 70.

Was one of their games mid season. And the announcer displayed a hand drawn analytics showing UA/Oats percentage of shot selection. It was 3's and fouls...from the paint appeared to be if all else fails. So I'm thinking 2 of 3 might be enough against most teams but not once everyone is well rounded.

So design flaw ????

Or just not talented enough?

I think it very much is that he’s trying to coach an NBA offense with D1 talent.

How AUsome would it be if we have a blowout win tonight like this Houston game; instead of Auburn being Auburn and making my blood pressure stroke out!

‘19 we had a few large margin wins

The '19 guys were always full of energy. This team is more like a squad of assassins.

This is what I get for thinking Barnes had it figured out.

Of course it isn’t all them. Houston has a very big say in how this is going. Still surprised we put up that second half against them in Houston.

As I recall we really hurt them with Pettiford getting a middle ball screen from Broome in that half. Pettifrd hit some threes and Broome got some good dives to the goal on that. UT looks to be running more motion to get Lanier open but he is ice cold.

If bama is the basketball version of spread/hunh, then Tennessee is the basketball version of pre-spread Tuberville. And the end result is the same: always good/in the mix, not good enough against an elite team playing at its best.

We need Broome to play well; Pettiford to play well; then someone else to help carry the water.

If we get three solid producers and the bench assisting and playing good D then we should win.

This will be a damn war

Ole miss was able to bully them early. I think that will be the plan as well. Out physical these guards and wear them down in the paint

MSU been a much better second half team here at the end of the year and need to keep that in mind if we do manage to get ahead in the first half.

They are gamers who fight to the end. Worth noting that all of their losses have been pretty close as well. All single digits
