I assume we get back:

Purifoy
Harper
Okeke(?)
Wiley
McLemore
Doughty

I know I missed a coupile of guys but these seem to be the key ones.

Plus all of our incoming players.

So question - how high of a ceiling do these new players have and is t reasonable to believe that we will be better next year than this year?

If I had to guess, the starting five will be:
1 - Harper
2 - Doughty
3 - Purifoy
4 - Okeke
5 - McLemore

That’s assuming everyone who can come back does. That’s a more balanced lineup as far as potential to score inside. Really curious to see the direction Bruce goes with the team. Everyone of those guys is a three point threat. Okeke has shown to be a viable option in the paint and Purifoy has shown some flashes as a slasher this year, which is what he was best at coming out of HS.

I wouldn't even include Okeke at this point. The way he is climbing draft boards i doubt he'll be back.

I'm not saying he's definitely staying or anything, but right now he is most likely looking at going late first round. If he comes back he could end up as a lottery pick. The difference in money from the lottery to the late first round is significant, and the drop in the second round is even more significant.

I would remove Chuma...his star is rising, seen mock drafs with him going to Golden State to be the next Andre Iguodala

Unless we get a few good grad transfers coming in we will be in a tough spot. If Danjel is a starter that spot will become tougher. I’m just gonna enjoy this year and have no elevated expectations next year.

We have a top 11 recruiting class as of right now AND it could rise if we pull this off....

Bucky & Trendon

If no Jared and Chuma next year.. I think a reasonable expectation for next year is bubble team with a high ceiling. All 5 of our freshman are talented and will have to play so it just kinda depends how fast they come a long. Good that we we are likely to have some experience to bring them alongside of

Roster I expect:

McCormick
Doughty
J. Johnson
Purifoy
McLemore
Wiley
Tyrell Jones
Ike Okoro
Jaylin Williams
Allen Flanigan
Babatunde

May see a grad transfer guard from a mid-major who's a shooter. I'd keep my eye out for that.

I know they're going hard at Trendon Watford but thats slim.

If we get pre injury 2017 Danjel, he won't be the limitation

If his draft stock would still be nonexistent after next year, why not go ahead and go pro and get paid?

He gets to live in Alabama as opposed to turkey.

I don't know.......maybe improve his Auburn legacy? Possibly finish his degree? Continue eating American food?
