Mark is interesting because this season Kentucky basketball program and tradition have been feuding with the football program. Maybe he wants more alignment with the two and knows that Coach Pearl would work with him and not against him.

Or, he's keeping quiet for exactly that reason - that the Ole Miss admins take it seriously, and open up their checkbooks. This is Sexton we're talking about.

Doubt it because Jimmy is right now negotiated Kiffin with Auburn AND AND Kiffin's replacement at Ole Miss.

I read an article about Saban when he negotiated the largest contract in history with Bama. He was talking to Sexton and Sexton said he would call him back in 15 minutes. He called back 15 minutes later and Saban asked him if everything was all right.....Sexton said he was at his kid's little league game and his son had come up to bat.....Sexton has icewater in his veins.

Bear Bryant was once asked why he left Kentucky, he said he and Rupp (bb coach), both had great years and at the Christmas party Rupp got a Cadillac....and he got a watch.

Not much has changed since.

Easy to do when your most horrendous failures still make you millions in commissions

Chad Morris @ Arky - $10 million buyout
Willie Taggart @ F$U - $17 million buyout
Will Muschamp @ SC - $13 million buyout
Will Muschamp @ UF - $6 million buyout
Jim McElwain @ UF - $4 million buyout
Dan Mullen @ UF - $12 million buyout

And everyone of these guys were gone in four seasons or less.

I forgot how bad the Willie Taggart experiment at FSU got.

Feels like he was on the cusp to achieving something there

What are the thoughts of Kiffin as HC and Muschamp as DC? These are my random thoughts and I figured why not hijack this thread. I am surprised Muschamp has not gotten a DC role somewhere. I know he was at UGA as a n analyst or some such.

He’s Co-DC and I don’t think he’s calling the defense

Of all the people in this world I envy in a professioanl manner, Jimmy Sexton is near the top. Makes millions based on what other people do, and pushes billionaires around.

Think about it, he doesn't have to produce a winner or a recrutier, just the idea that his client is one.

That is Jimmy “No Lube” Sexton to you friend.

Things are about to get intimate between AU and JS. We need to prepare.

With his truckload of large denomination currency, he can gain 200 more and STILL get women that would make Hugh Hefner blush from the grave.

I remember something on SECN a few years back where Sexton and Tebow were cutting up and he said something to the effect of “Let’s hurry up and get this done so we can go to IHOP.”

He's a biggun, no doubt. Clearly a guy with "I don't give a shite, I am the shite" attitude. What agent puts their biggest client on hold? Only the ones that know they are the best, and the client knows it too.
