I'm so gun shy of our coaching searches since shug retired I don't frickin know. The only truly safe coaching hire we made in that time frame was Tubbs. If we're going to roll the dice again, I say Chadwell or Klieman.

Freeze would do anything TPTB want. Whether that is keep staff, get the band back together, etc.

Not to mention he would crawl from Lynchburg, VA to Auburn.

Kiffen is a smokescreen. I think the hire comes out of left field. Most likely a name that has been mentioned (most names have been), but not at the top of all the prediction lists.
I think it’s a Bob Stoops or Urban Meyer, but could also be a Dabo (yuck!) or James Franklin.

Folks think why would Auburn be putting up a smokescreen. May not be Auburn. We may be doing our thing down low. It could be Sexton folks doing it for their own nefarious reasons.

For the second time in my life I think we hire the obvious choice. They did that with Bruce and they see how that worked out. Kiffin is the obvious choice. We will do what it takes for once. Even if it means changing Niffers Restaurant name to Kniffers
