Team is total trash. Program is in the gutter. Fan base is about to run off and what is the main thing our guys are talking about?

Doing better than Alabama in recruiting next year.

It is a pretty damn low bar if we are comparing these two QBs in terms of the quality of QB play for Auburn. Furthermore I would say only two QBs in the SEC are consistently playing above a “good” level (Nussmeier and Pavia). PT in every game I watched has made multiple really bad plays or throws. If CHF cannot coach him to be better he should have had a replacement for him this year. The poor QB play (I don’t care if he is fifth in the SEC, PT is not a reliably good QB) is solely on CHF.

I am well aware of what Pavia can do. He can play great and then throw for 60 yards in the bowl game. Or lose to a FCS team this year.

Doesn't sound like our program is in the gutter to me.

All the excuses are why we are losers. A coach that spouts excuses non stop is a loser. Everybody is tired of it. You all can find any excuse to explain away 2-5 but the truth is that is a shitty record and shitty job by the coach that somehow is led to believe it’s not important. Whatever dumb arse told coach to take two years to ‘rebuild’ was an idiot.

The Bama board is in shambles. They have an 8 page thread that is great if anyone wants a read.

It is comical, yet expected, at how many are blaming saban for their problems.

The truth probably falls between wanting a QB better than Ashford and thinking Peyton was better than he is. The facts are he misread the quarterback situation and we’re in the position we are in now. We will just have to wait and hope that bringing in more talent will rectify this. Either way we’ll have our answer within a year or so. For the record, it’s not all on Peyton. Someone had commented earlier our upperclassman are made up of players that haven’t seen winning much or don’t know how to win. I’m expecting that to change soon.

DeBoer can fix it, but will he?

The same baby-soft, candy-arse, beta male who let a player show his goddamn arse on the field like a fricking toddler and redirect coaches without consequence?

That coward?

I wouldn’t hold my breath.

I keep comparing this team with 2012's 3 win team, but it doesn't feel the same. The 2012 team was doa. This teams seems like it will break out at some time.

My only concern with Freeze is whether or not he can be a consistent winner and not just a hit or miss coach.
