Its not just Harsin. His entire "New BBQ Gang" is in over their heads with this program.
They could at some point do well. The question is, are you willing to let the program go to the bottom for years so they can learn what to do?

Ole Miss won 4 of the last 5 in 2020, won 10 games last year and are 2-0 already this year.
Auburn is losing to San Jose State at home and look like they did in 2012 and 2008.
Yeah, I would much rather have Lane Kiffin and that at Auburn.

ahh, chasing big names again instead of looking for an actual good program building coach.
