Their defense is what our defense is trying to play. Zone but we have no anticipation in zone. They anticipate and as I said the first game we do not pass off worth shite on the back end.

On the flip side, I don't see their TE running uncovered downfield any longer. They will bave to keep them in for the pass protection.

This is our biggest struggle for sure. It’s tough to do and takes a ton of practice. We’ve got a bunch of guys who are used to owning their man.
They can work towards the zone fir in the future but right now we are just banging out heads on a wall. If Mason can’t get the guys to know the system then he’s gotta build the system around his guys.

More excited from that first half on the road than anything I’ve seen from Gus in a long time. Right now it’s two compilation teams going head to head, with the home team coming on top in the first half.
Time to see some halftime adjustments. Back to the running game and get after the QB. Team that scores first in the 3rd quarter has the advantage.
