PT has cured me of that sickness. Normally, I’d be full sunshine pump mode by now, but I expect 5 to 7 wins until we get a QB.

He was under the radar having been all-basketball until his senior year.

Yeah the crootin services undervalued him because he only played football one year. A mid-major was about all he could expect at that time to take a chance. It worked out for him and now he might start in the SEC.

Good players can come from anywhere. Ask the NFL.

I don't care where they're from as long as they can ball.

edit: Okay I see why he sort of came out of nowhere from the new posts. Cool. Good basketball players usually make good football players. Agility and quickness.

Not to get anybody’s hopes up, but the benefit here is that this kid is one of the many pieces we have. Not like in previous years where we were counting on finding a diamond in the rough. We have lots of players that can play at this level now. He’s just one of them. They’re young and we’ll take our lumps, but I really like the depth on this team.

Durkin looked very excited about the front yesterday talking with reporters. He seemed to like the experience of the LB’ and liked the physical play of the DBs.

Him being happy makes me happy.

With what everyone's saying that'd be stellar good for them.

He's sounding next level good.

All the Auburn podcasts have been hitting on that point. Saying Auburn hasn't had a team with this much quality depth in a very long time.

I’m expecting special teams (minus kicking) to be much better. Got a ton of talented freshmen. Hard to make a case for redshirting most positions in this era, so put those kids on special teams.
