I'd also much rather Martin and Truitt return kicks than Ford and KJ

KJ should have a lot of all-purpose yards this year.

So I count:

Freshmen - 4
Sophomores - 11 (Wow!)
Juniors - 7
Seniors - 10

A lot of those juniors and seniors are special teams positions. We are quite young at the skill positions with the experience being more on the lines. Basically backs up my feelings on the season...lot of potential both for good and bad.

I hope the staff doesn't expect much blocking downfield from receivers given their limited size. They are small.

this was my initial thought as well...downfield blocking with tiny WR is not a good combination.

KJ listed as freshman. That's got to be a typo, right?

For reelz. All those 260 pound cornerbacks are gonna be a massive problem for our WRs

Things that stand out to me:

Jason Smith not only getting passed up but listed as an OR with a true freshman

Tony Stevens getting passed up. (Every projected Depth chart I've seen had him starting)

Hastings listed as an OR for a starting spot (scares me)

Like the Oline and Dline

Tre Williams being listed as OR. Hopefully that's only injury related.

Really like our corners

Or, as someone pointed out earlier, formation related.

Yeah but I don't think they usually do that though. Maybe that's the way Steele likes it or something

I think it also shows the hype for Deshaun Davis is real. T-WILL has named him every time when asked about someone that has improved or stood out. Combine that with Tre missing time because of injury & I don't think it's shocking the 2 are listed as co starters. T-WILL basically said he considered them all starters not that long ago

I think Neal & Atkinson will be situational guys. Against teams like UGA, Arkansas & LSU, Neal is probably going to play a bunch more & against A&M, Ole Miss & probably Clemson to an extent Atkinson will play
