Hope those strangers at WR can catch footballs.

Hopefully that's why they're at the top of the depth chart.

I was surprised by starting WRs myself.

Not exactly the most intimidating group size-wise with Marcus Davis at 180 lbs, Ryan Davis at 172, Truit at 185 and Slayton at 191.

I worry about the impact on edge blocking but assume Kodi Burns will have them ready.

Tre Williams is a starter.

Official depth chart says Deshaun Davis - OR - Tre Williams as MLB.

Tre Williams will start. "OR" should just mean depending on package.

How is there no Tre Williams or TJ Neal at LB??? Maybe TJ is still getting acclimated to the team/concepts. But what the heck with Tre?

Wasn't he injured a few weeks ago? Like an ankle tweek or something.

I wonder if he never got over it.

I guess we'll know if he doesn't play Saturday

He didn't post the full depth chart and left off Tre and TJ Neal. Those appear to be he starters.

Lotta surprises there, but I'm certainly down for the best guy to play regardless of who they are or how long they've been here.

Left out some pretty big ORs there....

MLB is Deshaun Davis OR Tre Williams
WLB is Montravius Atkinson OR T.J. Neal

They are listed in alphabetical order by last name for those melting...

WRs

Marcus Davis
Ryan Davis
Darius Slayton
Stanton Truitt

But I thought Stevens was gonna start because Gus only plays seniors?

Our WR's are tiny

ETA: I'd also much rather Martin and Truitt return kicks than Ford and KJ.

Three 5'9" WR's starting. Our literal 4A high school team had more size than that. The best players are the best players, though.
