Someone said Grant wasn’t a splash hire. So I asked the question “who would be a splash hire?”

Well we all know the OM kids he was working with a stacked deck.
I guess I wasn't clear in that he hasn't lit up the trail outside his time at OM but coached some 3 star guys into all conference players.
Hopefully he can get the recruiting he had at OM going at Auburn. I do know for sure that some of those wr recruits at OM weren't mainly due to Heard's recruitment. Take Treadwell, he had a really good friend already at OM who held more away than a y of the coaches.

Hopefully those guys will be more analyst types and not on field coaches. I’m still holding out for a big OC/DC and Matt Luke for OL.

Were you expecting him to just hire a completely new off field staff of people he doesn't have much familiarity with?

Yeah the bottom paragraph had this:
