Mike Leach in year 3 with a three year returning quarterback is pretty damn pathetic. Highly doubt we get him but if we did, man oh man did we find out everything we needed to know about Cohen. #trash

I'm not suggesting that we ever hire Leach, but who made the better hire? Auburn or MSU?

Eh, hiring a crackhead would have been a better hire than we made. Not that supportive an argument.

Kinda a stupid comparison. Auburn can do much better than MSU in its coaching hires when we don’t have a dumbass AD that had a great hot tub experience.

On paper, Harsin LOOKED like the better, more successful candidate. Cohen actually for MSU did pretty good getting Leach to come there.

That would be the dumbest move we could make. I was completely unimpressed with his game management even in his Auburn win. The guy had two different receivers get tackled in bounds under 1 minute before the second half and those didn’t even try to get out of bounds. He also almost got embarrassed by first game Caddy.

So you're on record not liking AU's Athletic Director. I don't think he's farted in his desk chair yet. But you're first, jang.

So weird about Boise. It’s like everyone looks like a genius there, they leave and fall flat except for Chris Petersen.

Hars
Mendenhall
Nutt

Etc etc

AD that had a great hot tub experience.

I forgot about the hot tub encounter.

I picture going down like this:
*Bryan spots ADAG from the hotel window and calls Kes over. He points him out to her and asks "Do you see that man in the hot tub?"

*Kes nods in affirmation

*Bryan looks around to ensure they're alone and whispers in her ear, "Honey, that man can make any worries our future grandkids may have with the stroke of a pen. I need you to lay the charm on thick and take one for the sake of the family."

*Kes swallows her pride (in preparation for what's to come later) and just says "Okay, I'll follow your lead...Let me grab the pineapple."

Very astute comparison. There is no way, MSU should EVER make a better hire than Auburn. Yet they did, and that falls directly on the administration. Greene may have made the call, but he has bosses, direct and indirectly, that signed off on it.

Hopefully, those same people aren't sticking their head in the sand this go around.
