Gus won an SEC title.
Give him a big bonus- good idea
Gus won the West- bonus- good idea
Allowing Jimmy Sexton to bend us over prison style- bad idea.
Coaches and players will stay or leave.
We can’t have nix with every fake rumor.
Gus was never going to Arkansas.
He detected a massive bonus after 2013 and he deserved a nice bonus after 2017.
We got snookered for $49 million.

He’s one of a very select group of QBs who both threw for 3000 yards and rushed for 1000 yards in the same season.
Let’s not throw ourselves off a cliff just yet.

It was for 2-3 years yes you are correct about that. By 2015, it was figured out and rule changes changed everything. The rabbit was out of the hat for Gustav by 2015 and everyone but sunshine pumpers knew it. Gus was great for a few years.
The last regular season game of 2014, Marshall and Auburn had over 600 yards of offense on Alabama. Why in the world did Nick Saban not have it "figured out"?
Point remains. That was the best offense any of us has ever seen at Auburn

Who won that game in 2014? All that O didn’t mean squat. After Gus wet the bed against UGA the week before; he needed to show some signs of life. But it didn’t matter. Gus continued wetting the bed against UGA until our home game in 2017 in which Gus quickly proceeded to wet himself against UGA in the SECCG and against UCF. Gus was done after 2014 UGA. I hope Golesh takes UGA seriously. Tired of getting our asses beat down by UGA.

The loss lies at Gus's feet because he ran KJ into the ground, but he didn't "wet himself" in that game.

I'm usually a posibarner to a fault but, from what I've seen here and in the Spring game, I'm concerned.
Unless a switch flips, I wouldn't be surprised if he's not the starter by end of the season, especially given how good Ti'a has looked.
I hope I'm completely wrong, but I've had the habit of ignoring too many obvious red flags about past QBs (as recently as Jackson Arnold). I've decided to believe what I see now.

You think Golesh is going to bench his 3-year starter who has been wildly productive?
Somehow Brown is going to go full-blown regression???

Like I said, after ignoring the red flags of our last few QBs, I'm going to trust my eyes. And, yes, I think if Brown's play begins to cost us games, Golesh would make a change. I'd like to hope he would, anyway.
Like I said, I hope I'm spectacularly wrong.
