Anyone believe that Singleton legit runs a 4.2? I haven’t seen the speed all season

He’s mostly underneath routes

Probably has top end speed but i haven’t see too much acceleration early.

He’s good, but he’s not the fastest man in the NFL.

15 and 72 should never see the field again.

Preston Howard called out yet again for the wrong reasons.

I can't be mad at this team, Vandy is legit. I think if Durkin had a bit more help to cover what he couldn't on defense as well tonight.

Freeze's offense that I imagined when he got hired has been accomplished.

QB 350+ passing yards
2 receivers over 100 receiving yards
1 RB over 100 rushing yards

but it took the guy getting fired to get it done. He brought the talent on the field but could not call offense. Explain why it's so hard to not get Singleton and Cam 10+ receptions each like tonight?

Why did he not try to feed them the ball? Malpractice? Vendetta against Auburn?

I think he’s just a good DC. HC is so much more and he wasn’t ready. Anyone that could fog a mirror saw what was coming a month ago. DJ should have been preparing, if HC is his goal.

If I was named interim, I go to Cam day one and tell him I’m sending the ball your way 20+ plays.

Be ready! Be a hero!

Shouldn’t shock ya

Remember our best offensive output in the SEC last year against KY when Freeze was home with the squirts?

I thought Nix called a very good game but without seeing the film not sure how basic some stuff we ran was that Vandy wasn’t able to scheme for. Vandy has a very good defense as well.

Durkin was correct in his presser. Vandy knew they had to mix it up as well. That offensive staff is very good. They went tempo, threw the ball much more, and per DJ a lot of alignments that wasn’t on film. Granted I thought our linebackers and safeties played very poor in pass coverage.

The game was a massive improvement over what happened with Freeze controlling the playbook and that was in one week.

The good news is that we have bye week next week and then a cupcake before bama.

Beck blew me away tonight fr. Id like our chances of he was coaching our offense next year. I know he has pavia but if you think about it he didn't have many off the cuff play broke down plays. He was just executing an extremely well designed offense extremely well.

First game I've missed maybe ever since I started watching Auburn. I'm going to turn on the highlights or try to find a replay, but can anyone give me the break down of how it went? How the hell did Vandy score that much?

Offense looked good. Ashton should have started day 1. We stopped Vandy early, and they swapped to an Offense they haven't ran all year. A few odd calls to extend drives by the refs.

Today’s game was miserable because we lost- but only as much so because it was probably the best offensive game I can remembered against a team with a pulse. We finally utilized the weapons we acquired on offense. Costly mistakes (offsides come to mind) cost us at least 10 points.

Defense was a let down- but while I am no coach to tell you why technically speaking- it appeared it was a combo of Pavia being a great QB (he got the ball the receivers and scrambled incredibly well) and the VU offense running some things we weren’t expecting.

It is a one game sample- but certainly with the way we played tonight we wouldn’t be 4-6. We would certainly have a better record.

The next two games will be the full sample- if we play like we did tonight - we will beat Mercer and have a puncher’s chance to compete with the turds.
