This could be an unpopular opinion, but based on the little I've already learned about Golesh I would expect him and Kenyatta to be like oil and water. Even if he's retained I wouldn't expect him to stick around more than another season

Freeze was clearly checked out in his time here aside from the first season. Will be refreshing to have a guy who eats/sleeps/breathes football for a change.

Someone plugged in can correct me here, but my understanding is that while he's good at what he does, he's also a big personality that can be disruptive if not managed well. Doesn't seem like the sort of thing Golesh would want to deal with. This is just my impression based on message board chatter over the years.
