I don’t think I really said anything about Bubba as AD. Or Greene as AD.
I really doubt I ever said swimming/track/womens basketball were important

Wouldn’t expect an immediate turnaround. They’ve replaced the swimming and wbb coaches this season.
Not sure what softball and baseball look like. I think we all have an idea about Football and Basketball. Golf, Tennis, Soccer, T&F, Equestrian

I love the OP. We go way back. But he’s got a mega boner for Jacobs
So he brings this up every once in a while. And he’s not totally wrong. AG is entering the years where he’ll be judged based on his actions. We’ll finally see what we have there.

He is in over his head. His best coach was hired by Jacobs. Not him. His first hire was a disaster but of course, nobody mentions that.
He has really not done anything yet.

I think this is pretty premature. He’s made three hires (I think) so far, only one of which people pay attention to and care about. People only care about the secondary sports when the primary ones suck or they just hate the AD (like most of this board was with JJ and how beatbammer is with AG). He could end up flaming out, but we won’t know until we see how Harsin does. He got a lot of flack from some on here for extending Flo and it was likely warranted, but if that’s the case then he deserves to get credit for fighting for Bruce during the Person shitstorm.

This is where I land on AG as well, at the moment. I don’t pay attention enough to fundraising and all of that to know how well he’s doing in those areas.
