We’re talking about firing a coach who is 5-1 and paying a $30 million buyout. We would turn into Tennessee if we did that right now.

Hey MrAUtigers, I am glad that you are such a competitive stud. I'm sure you played in the NFL... At what point does the blame for losing 2/3 of your games against ranked opponents due to poor execution fall on the coach?

It's the same exact scheme at those places,........and would be the same scheme at Auburn. You saw what his O did in the SEC. It was under .500. He is playing in the weakest conf. in the nation and still can't win it. Hell, he can't even get to the Championship game.......but it will be different at Auburn.

LSU fired Miles after 1 loss. Everyone laughed when they hired Eddie O, but they look damn good right now

WTF does that have to do with anything? Football wasn't my game. I did get paid to play a professional sport though. I just ran out of talent before I made it to the top level.........so yes, I understand that coaching goes out the window when you're up. It's all on you to go execute.

Poor execution alone didn't lose today. You can't put it all on the players...
Gus calling the power on 3rd and short and failing 3 times is no different than Bo Nix throwing 3 picks. Both resulted in turning the ball over to FLA.

Not really Bo's 2nd pick took points off the board in the 4th. 17-16 in the 4th changes how both teams call plays.

like hell I can't. Brown falling down cost us a TD. Bo missing a wide open receiver for a TD cost us a TD. The middle of the field being wide open cost us more than TD. Add all of that up and see who wins?

So the OL couldn't get us less than 2 yards on multiple occasions? That is not on coaching. That is on execution of the OL.
Bo's three picks, giving the ball back to them during a meaningful time of the game.... twice, had no bearing on the outcome?
You are either ignorant or just a fool. You are trying to place blame everywhere but where it belongs. Lack of execution cost us this game. It's just that plain and simple.

Wrong. A decent offense beats UF today. Team all across the land put together great performances each week with 3* nobodies at qb. We recruit top talent at qb and make them look like shite!

We fell behind Dan Mullen led Florida as a program today.
That puts us behind Bama, Georgia, LSU, and Florida. Being 5th in the conference isn't good enough.

Nah it’s not. You know he is probably on par or better historically than past coaches. But this is the kind of mentality that stops you from getting better. How other coaches did at AU should have 0 bearing whatsoever on what the perception of Gus is.

Not a fan of getting rid of Gus at this point. But, Kiffin would be on my list if we did. All the other names I’ve ever seen mentioned I think we improve zero and most likely regress. Kiffin would have the most upside with the biggest chance of blowing up too. It’s a hell of a gamble and interesting to consider.

This was an embarrassing loss to no less than Dan Mullen. We had the better team overall. Until GM wins these games, we will never be respected. UAT and UGA and LSU are not lising to lesser opponents.
