Boy, Lashlee has things rolling at SMU. That’s probably a name we could’ve gotten when we were last in the market for a coach.

So we’re ignoring the fact that vandy is on a historic run and beat bama and almost Texas? . Everyone here has said next year is win or get axed. I can’t believe we’re still going crazy on Sunday. Step outside it’s nice today.

Broinhaller please stop, no Beamer, no Bieniemy, no Franklin,….those are all bad coaches that would make worse many of our problems now,…I would rather have Freeze than any of them.

We don’t know because we keep losing with Thorne every week. Freeze is coaching to stay as long as he can without actually coaching. His offensive scheme is trash right now.

IF they decide to make a change, the list will be something like this -
1) Rhett Lashlee
2) Jon Sumrall
3) Jamey Chadwell
4) Glenn Schumann
Maybe you get some wildcards like Chris Klieman or Matt Campbell, but I’d rather never have a Midwest guy again.

Well since he had a kid die on him as Marylands head coach I don’t know if he will get another opportunity.

I keep seeing people wanting Rhett. SMU has deep pockets and could match anything we offer. So, with $ out of the equation, why would he want to leave and coach at a place that has our track record of firing coaches the way we have the last 4 years (assuming Freeze is fired)?
