By far our worst defensive half this year. Horrible effort.

The defense has been rough. And honestly hasn’t been for a lack of effort, more of a scouting issue imo

I feel like anytime we have these big home games we play poorly… Uk last yr and TN earlier this yr.

We aren't getting back in transition, we aren't rebounding and we aren't guarding the 3. Broom is missing all his layups.

I was thinking the same thing. It’s not like guys are out there being lazy. Not sure who had the scout on this one but we are gonna have to change the plan.
Don’t double or trap again unless it’s after an inbound in the coffin corner or at the very end of a possession where there’s no fear of the open man. No more wide open shots in this half. If they hit the shot with a hand in their face then you live with it.
Offensively we need Broome to find his touch around the rim again and hit the open shots when we get them. Don’t force things, just run the offense.

We've only given up 7 3s in a game like 3 times. We did that just in this first half. We can't let them get more than 2 or 3 3s in 2nd half

Yesterday I said Dylan would be the X factor. He’s done nothing basically. Need his inside rim protection to step up and rebounding. He has 3 rebounds that’s it

Their %s prob aren’t far off on wide open shots. We have to defend the 3 point line.
