Need to add a big red arrow and "Me"

No need to be subtle about this, it would be wrong not to brag

Hey, I was in radio - I bet I can still sing the jingle for every restaurant, car dealer and clothing store in Lee County in 1982

You cant mention the shorts without absolutely giving respect the high tube socks. Finishes the ensemble beautifully.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned the headband.........and the superhero cape is like the cherry on top.

Just a fantastic picture. That game brings back a lot of good memories.

Pav,

Where were your seats? I rushed the field as a student during the 2001 AU-UF game but couldn't get close enough to the goal post before the mob got to it. I got to the game late and had shitty seats. You are legend

I thought I was going to die that night! We got on the field early and as people continued to pile on the field, there was nowhere to go but tighter, and tighter together.

Same here, I used to wonder how all those Muslims die in those human stampedes come pilgrimage time, but I certainly see how it's possible, it's like being in a slow powerful wave that's pushing you around and you have zero control over it other than to try and get out.

This was as legion field in Birmingham not in Auburn. If I recall my seat was lower bowl in corner of Auburn student section.

Continuing on a theme from the new Birmingham stadium thread, you deserve extra kudos for taking part in a demolition effort of that God-awful pile of excrement.

There are few places in the world in which I would take joy in their destruction. Lesion Field tops the list.
