Georgia probably because I grew up around a lot of Ga fans.

Agreed. Grew up in Bham but live in Atlanta now. Dawg fans are as trashy/inbred/delusional as it gets.

Georgia, used to be a friendly rivalry. But now I hate UGA more than Bama. Spend a year in Georgia and you will see why. Bama attitude without the hardware.

Strangely, I like to watch Alabama play.

It’s like science.

So many weapons.

Georgia. Let me repeat, Georgia.

If we had to give up a "rivalry game", I would give up the Iron Bowl. I just want to beat the dawg mess out if the UGalyDawgs. Lived there and they are utter worst fan base.

Bama grads are reasonable, bama sidewalkers are delusional, but the Dawg grads and fans are awful, just awful.

It used to be about 50/50. But since Saban got to Tuscaloosa you just sorta have to look at them in awe.

UGA on the other hand, they have the Bama attitude but none of the hardware. I think the attitude of the UGA fans really changed when Richt was hired. It was like they just came out of the woodwork, and most of them had no idea about UGA football, but because they were suddenly winning, they were the end-all be-all of football.

This right here. I have always said that I may not fully get the emotion of the Iron Bowl since I dont live in the state of Alabama and have to deal with those idiots 24/7 but on the other hand, if you dont live in the state of Georgia and have to deal and listen to Bulldog fans everyday, you wont get it.

Atleast in Alabama there is a 60/40 or so split in fans. In Georgia, most of the people here are UGA fans and a big portion of them are just dumbasses

Agreed….. first one I attended in Athens was 1971. I use to love this rivalry while my cousins were in Athens while I was in Auburn. The dawg started showing how envious they truly are with Aubie at the Hose’em game in 1986. Check that Youtube video out out on those nasty dogs tearing up JHS including the railings. Bowden took Aubie to Athens in 1993 and the dawg threw cassettte tapes at the team as they entered and exited the field because of the Ramsey incident. Again in the mid 90’s after performing as the visiting band at halftime all the members of Georgia’s band purposely dropped their red Pom poms on the field before Aubie performed. That crap I sat through in 07 (Black Out) in Athens was the final straw for me. The only time in 50 plus years I ever felt threatened at a game and thought I was going to have to fight my way out. I have loathed them since that classless night. That night showed me just who is envious of who. To Hell with Georgia!

I've lived in Georgia since 1997, so it's definitely UGA for me. And that's mostly because of KSU and GSU grads who are the most vocal and annoying UGA fans.

Bumping this up because they are gonna be insufferable all year. I really hope we make it to that game undefeated.

I hate Bama like any self-respecting Auburn fan should. However, I can look at their program and respect the hell out of what we are witnessing them do under Saban. I wasn't around to see Bear, so I've never seen a dominant Bama run until Saban. And it's just flat out impressive what he's done. Nothing you can do but tip your cap and hope Auburn beats them every now and then.

With all that said, there isn't a single redeeming quality about UGA. Not their players. Not their coaches. Not their shitty stadium. Not their ugly colors. Not their sub-human trashy fans. Nothing.

Not. One. Thing.

frick Georgia.

I can understand what you're saying...but damn, I'm tired of respecting.

A loss here and there, and I could respect them even more.

Grew up in Alabama, but have lived most of my life in Georgia. I learned to hate bama early and haven't unlearned it yet. Don't get me wrong, I hate the stinkin' dawgs, but I HATE bama.

Georgia fans are the most full of themselves, Bama fans are actually more realistic. You tell them that the series between us is basically still very much tied (only 5 game difference) and they go all but the last 15 bs.
