Looks like they’re going to be streaming the kick six 24/7 on every screen in the place

I can't tell a lot about the virtual. Just a weird looking building to me. At least attempting to move in the right direction. Would be nice if we came up with a comprehensive athletic facility plan. That includes all sports. (Within reason). Doesn't have to be in one particular building for all sports but at least plans for each sport. Can't remember how much we spent on the bandaid in the southwest corner that was supposed to be recruiting center and coaches office plus crappy area for a press box and to me an eye sore on a great looking however needs to be updated stadium.

It’s no wonder that California is proposing a bill to ban facility projects. They’re socialist while the CFB arms race is unnecessary.

“One of the stipulations in AB-609 would bar universities from building athletic facilities (locker rooms, weight rooms, arenas, etc.) just to keep up with their peers.

Another stipulation would force universities to suspend athletic directors for three years if their departments fall out of compliance with Title IX.”

Yeah, JHS is a great stadium, sure it can use some updates. That crap in the corner is like a 7 year old and a lego set was left unsupervised.

Without even an unofficial visit maybe it's part of the prospectus.

Impressive. I don’t want to hear how bad any Auburn football player has it when that thing gets built. They’ll get more for free than any other student on that campus, and more than some non-students.

Looks like it was sent to our commits and the majority of the top targets in ‘22 since it’s scheduled to be completed a little after they’d arrive to campus

All sports benefit from football. The football program is the cash cow. You need to keep on the forefront of facilities and amenities to stay in the recruiting game. Therefore you are going to see the football program get the majority of these types of upgrades.

The other sports do have upgrades that will improve their lockers, facilities, and amenities but not on the scale of football. Which is the major money source in all of sports for universities. It’s the way it is and always will be.

if only the complex could teach Bo how not to throw off his back foot or bail out of the pocket needlessly

I'm not saying do anything comparable to football. I'm saying we need a comprehensive plan that will cover the next 20 years. To get all facilities on par with the competition over the next 5 years.

Instead of the lets build a track over here... and a building for offices over here... then 2 years later go well really we need the offices to be with the football facility.

A plan is all I'm asking for; a total plan

Like the football stadium we have planned to upgrade this and then the next year we so we need to do that... then the next year need more restrooms. Present a plan and futurecast it out and do everything at once to get where we want to be.

Well if the legislation gets approved they could get the good trans athletes for their women's sports...just sayin...don't agree with it but that will ruin the Title IX

Auburn Arena is nice. I suppose they could do more with the baseball stadium, but like others said, keep football too notch. I’m really ready for a more comfortable and updated JHS.

I thought they did have a comprehensive long term building plan for the whole university, and it included the Athletic Dept to provide their input on facilities needs long term too.

I thought I saw it online somewhere but it has been a couple of years...

All for the appeal for field level access and cocktail tables and maybe a forced Aubie appearance. People don't realize that field level access tends to suck for viewing actual football
