So we are gonna bring in a 2* at QB??? Really? I'd rather have Leary with no spring practice than a 2*

Half these guys on here have no idea who he is. They prefer the coach, coordinators, players who only played at big schools and will bitch!

I should have bet the house....you guys are like clock work!!!!!
8,000 yd, 78 touchdowns. There will be no competition.
Guys... our coaching staff is doing work. We just don't see it.
Kirby, Nick will squirm if they are not already.

With all due respect, are you fricking serious?
McCall has 78 career TDs, to just 8 INTs, and has never completed less that 68% of his passes as a 3 year starter. Dude can run too.

Take mine fishing and she’ll beat your eyes out and double up on a buzzbait.

Will be interested to see how Ashford responds if McCall (or any transfer QB) comes in and replaces him. I'm hoping he will represent AU well and adapt/serve the team like Kodi did back in the day.

What is the read on our o-line for next year? If Hugh lands McCall and he wins the job, I'm afraid he's just going to get eaten up.
I don't remember who all is leaving or how we are looking in the portal for the OL.

Hoke saying that Grayson McCall reached out to Freeze, not the other way around. He's already spoken to AU....

Completely and utterly disagree. You're just not taking the right woman fishing...

To be clear, I’m on board with McCall. I’m hoping the guy just calling him a 2 star is joking

Yeah me too. Dude can sling and run.

McCall has been one of college football's most productive quarterbacks, winning the Sun Belt Conference's Player of the Year award in each of the past three seasons. He burst onto the scene during the 2020 COVID-19-impacted season, throwing for 2,488 yards and 26 touchdowns while rushing for an additional 569 yards and seven more touchdowns.
The 2021 season brought more of the same, with McCall accounting for 3,163 total yards and 31 touchdowns. His 2022 season was a bit limited towards the end due to a foot injury, but he still appeared in 10 games and accounted for 2,816 total yards and 29 touchdowns.
The Chanticleers went 28-4 in his 32 starts over the last three seasons and won a share of the Sun Belt Championship during the 2020 season.

If McCall actually called brother bass angler then you might could say that is signed, sealed and delivered.
I hope he knows he's going to be running for his life half the time.
