Say it Anonymous message board.

FWIW on the popularity/Atlanta thing, Terrance Love was billed as the electric/magnetic figure around Atlanta because he’s been a star athlete since middle school and literally all these Langston Hughes kids are going separate ways Alston was supposed to be a popular Atlanta kid that would reel in guys and I don’t think that’s happened either.

I don’t really buy the popularity thing. I do think he’s a really talented player though.

Rivals tells me :

JC Hart is supposedly smart- holding offers from Yale, Dartmouth, and Penn

He runs a 4.37 forty

And he is a 6’2 guy WR/ CB

Yet they also say he is a 3*

Nah its controversial and will start up a shitstorm. I'm not afraid of the heat, but I'm also in no hurry for 10 pages of arguments either.

SC has been recruiting Love.. he's still in for now, but I wouldn't be shocked if the flipped now that no one else from Langston is coming.

I'm not saying Love or Alston aren't well liked, but there's a difference between well liked and star QB popular. More than that though, ATL is very interconnected.. similar to other areas, but there are guys behind the scenes running things and when you burn bridges with them you burn bridges with recruits and Noland has been their guy for a while... so bridge most likely burned which is why we went from getting Hughley to having no shot over the course of like 2 days.

He has more offers than that.

He ran 4.37 at an Auburn camp. That’s when he got his offer.

He’s a super skinny, athletic kid that’s going to be a project at DB.

Yep. Lacks technique and plays against such bad competition, he really doesn't have experience playing as a true CB. So many just prayer passes to defend against.

Definitely has the physical framework to be a great CB. Intriguing kid if nothing else.

I was only showing his smarts offer list

If he is raw he probably has an easier learning curve at WR

I don’t think he wants to shite on Harsin’s recruiting the day we get a commitment.

He's got offers from Miss. State, Mizzou, WVU, UCF, and some others. Not that it matters, just painting full picture.

I think he is a more natural DB. I believe that is where we are recruiting him.

Nothing I hate more than someone who brings up something and then won't say it. What it tells me is that either you really don't know anything and are hiding behind this tired old shite, or you are just being an arse. If you won't say it, then don't bring it up. It's not like we are in person and something just slipped out, you took the time to type it out. Do better.

You're probably right in that I shouldn't have said anything until I was ready to say everything. I'm just a little aggravated that we can probably scratch ATL off the list now though.

If they don't end up taking him it just further proves they have no idea how to recruit this area. One of the top QBs in the country (regardless of where exactly you think he should be ranked), really popular around the ATL area and with other recruits.. and we're going to blow it because he doesn't fit Harsins mold... I want to say so much more, but I'm holding off for now because it won't do anyone good, but when the time is right...

It looks to me that they just like Posse better and took him. The whole two-elite QB class in 2024 was never going to materialize (why would both guys come here?). The AU buzz on Noland started fizzling out once it became obvious that Posse's interest was high and he was nearing a decision.

This is the one position where they need to just do their evaluation and pick who they think is the best guy. I don't buy for one second that Noland has any impact on the other elite 2023 Langston Hughes guys (neither Hughley or Thurman are making their decision based off of where their Junior teammate might be going, that's just stupid) so I'm glad that they didn't allow that idea to cloud their decision making.

The only thing I can’t figure out about Air Noland is where the offers are

So like a 4.65 at the combine.

Nah I think JC Hart is a solid pickup and nice project player for the future. High upside. Would expect in a real college weight room for him to fill out to a safety

This is right on.

Why would 2 4* qbs out of GA commit to us in the same year?

Doesn’t make sense but there are those who slam Harsin for not taking Noland. Just bc of ATL connections he MAY have.

And many of u that have been around the recruiting blocks for quite a few years. This notion of ONE recruit bringing in a slew of other top players is most always 99% wrong.
