How did today go? I looked on the first page. I am hoping it hasn't been updated.

ETA seriously. I am not reading back through pages of squabbling. How did today go?

It isn't much different than the other days of the Harsin era.

Well he was committed to us for about 5 seconds….

Then UF…

Then LSU….

And ended up at Miami

wow. thanks.

I am losing faith by the day. I really thought he was a solid hire at the time. There is nothing we can do about it right now. I just hope we don't sink so far we can't climb our way back out.

According to ESPN we were 18th nationally in signees even w a dud on NSD. THAT still put us ahead of OM, MSU, and FLA.

It could have been a lot worse.

18 on the composite for 247 as well. 24th on just 247.

18th is horrible for AU standards and once we got up to 14th on the early signing day there did seem to be some promise and some players out there on the radar that could have got us in the Top 10 but we completely whiffed on all. Complete trash job by the staff not to close with a single player.

Complete trash indeed. This staff is struggling to tread water.

My faith in Harsin is dwindling by the day. I had a lot of hope for him but right now the program just looks like a cluster duck.

Well yeah, but the positive side is we are in the top-20 even after the "disaster" and "trainwreck" how we stayed there is a miracle. Freezus must be looking out for us.

I agree Corch. Just trying to show a little silver lining.

In the end we all knew and Jones has preached it insistently, that 2023 will be Harsin's watermark...not 2022..

Starting to feel like "It could be worse" is our new motto for football. How long until it replaces "War Eagle"? When we are really excited we could say "It could be damn worse"

I'll take 6-5 for a few years. I don't even think we'll be 6-5 because our coaches are so good.

I mean we were worse than that this year with what will be, by some margin, the most talented team we will have compared to the next couple of years at least. Longer if the current recruiting patterns hold.

We just got our arse beat in recruiting by OU, UF and Miami. All with new coaches. So the "needs time to develop relationships" excuse needs to DIAF.

No we didn’t.
We’re still ahead of Fla. ofc we don’t like not being in the top 10 but it is what it is.

And Fla and OU hired more experienced well know HCs.
