Will do
83 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 incompletion part way through the 2nd quarter. He's more mobile than I thought he was too.. He's not Bo or Nick Marshall or anything, but He's no Finley either. He can scramble when he needs to and is a little faster than you expect him to be.
Up to 11-16 for close to 130 at the half. He's forced a few throws and had a mix up with his WR on another.. You can tell he's confident in his arm and expects to make every throw through.
3rd Q now with his team trailing by 3 and he just thew an absolute dime for a 39 yd TD.
4th quarter now. Up to somewhere around 213 yards 3 passing TDs and a rushing TD (sneak from the 1) and probably around 30-40 yards rushing. He has a lot of poise and does a good job of stepping up into the pocket and I could see him turning his head and reading the defense.
Its final 42-32. Holden Geriner will be playing for a state title. I'll keep an eye out for final stats, but he was always in control of this game. Even when the offense stalled for a couple of drives he was still calm and poised.
Might be controversial, I'm not sure, but Geriner is better than Finley right now. Not sure he's ready to start day 1, but he def would have been the back up this year.

Thanks. Unlike some QBs, that team has no D1 talent. Literally nobody.
Geriner is the the real deal

A whole team of good high school players and almost no college players except a big time D1 QB. First time I've been able to watch an entire game of his and I was very impressed. I wish I could find a clip of the 39 Yd TD, but the only one I found the reporter uploaded the wrong clip and its his short TD from earlier lol

Former 5* Ohio State QB in the portal.
Maybe we can sell him on Wire road trailer parks.

Ohio State stacks up 4* and 5* talent at QB. I’m jealous

That guy looks like a good match for Mike Gundy.

Never understood why Ewers reclassified to go sit at OSU. I know he has a lot of NIL money

hopefully reaching out with a hand full of benjamins.

I'd prefer it to be a bag full of benjamins.

Oregon is trying to increase his current contract and hope its enough.
Didn't he just play the Auburn job into a new deal just last year?
If I'm Oregon, I tell him to kick rocks. I know Miami being home is kind of a curve all in this situation, but damn, what more does Cristobal need from Oregon?

He definitely looks like he knows his way around a trailer park.

Hope recruits finally start seeing Kirby is not a good game day coach, and they won’t win a championship with him.
