I am very excited about this. Our biggest need is on the O line and it sounds like this guy could be a starter for two years. PLEASE PLEASE keep Horton at guard instead of center. Surely Kim or Brahms will be healthy enough to be a starter.

A couple weeks ago I asked about a grad transfer OL and now we get one. Glad to know the coaches are reading this board lol... Really like this pick up and I think at worst he's 2nd string for us and helps out a lot depth wise in case of injury.

Now would be a good time for news to come out about Morris visit being back on too.

PFF rated him as a top 5 OT in the group of 5 last year.

But don't let that fool you, UGA's grad transfer DL is a much better addition because he came from Notre Dame instead of UMass. Nevermind the fact that he only has 1 career sack and never started a game, HS star rankings are VERY important for grad transfers. Or so I'm told by UGA fans.

I know you’re joking but we’ve been looking for a grad transfer OL for months

We need to knock it out of the park on OL this cycle. Good start.

According to Bama 247 Pickens did not make it to Tuscaloosa for their spring game. He also earned invite to The Opening Finals

Sounds like Morris won’t be making it for an OV. Pruitt is already going in dry.

Well... can you ask about a particular OT from Georgia that rhymes with Horris and a particular LB from Georgia that rhymes with Rappoe, too?

That would be greaaaaaaaaaat.

Can we revoke the offer to Morris and Poppeo's teammate if we miss on both

I think he earned the offer independent of Morris and Pappoe, although it was for sure a tactical move as well. Grayson coach calls Clark his best lineman - over Morris.

Almost asked your question earlier but seriously, Gus is too nice of a person to do something like that.

I actually like Clark. He's not a freak like Webb but he's a very solid center prospect who I could see starting at AU by his junior season

But ya it's gonna suck if Clark is all we get out of this....

Missing on Morris hurts and coming in 2nd again is becoming a recurring problem. And just like the article said, we AU fans are becoming cynical about these recruiting battles. We really need OL talent in numbers. Who are the 4/5 targets now? We better be putting maximum effort on landing these guys. This is getting old

I'm going to hold off until Morris announces something, but ether way until the letter is signed we will be on him. This is why getting Driscoll was big because he has 2 years to play. OL is really the only place recruiting needs to step up imo everywhere else is good.
