People are going to think/say anything they like, no matter what Auburn does.

It's completely unfathomable to them that going to 2 titles games, the media coverage of the 2, "miracle," plays, and the love Malzahn is getting could cause blue-chips to look at AU...

So, we must be paying them.

Obviously, if something shady was going on, he would hide it.

According to the internet Auburn has been a "Press conference at 4:00" away from the death penalty for the past 15 years. No it does not bother me. I used to get worried when I read stuff like that 10 years ago, but now I just laugh.

Be loyal to the ones who been loyal to you!

My guess he does not take the UF OV now.

won't matter if he does. he's the epitome of solid. he just wants to enjoy some visits. Why not? He's earned it.

I kind of like Sabans answer on this issue of continuing OV's even after commitment.

I hope he can get on some where. We kind of shafted him. Good luck to Westry.

It sucks for kids like Westry, but it is really a two way street. For every kid like Westry there is one flipping on signing day or whatever...it's a cruel process and there really is no fix.

I agree. I am pulling for that kid as much as I will be pulling for any kid that signs with us.

At least most schools ensure there is soft landing when a Westry situation occurs.

When recruits leave schools out to dry, often times it is too late to get your #2 or #3 player on your board that otherwise would have signed with you.

Easy for him to say. Most schools don't really have that luxury when dealing with top players.

FSU has me worried about Cowart. UF's staff seems like they suck at recruiting.

No, because everyone's uncle and aunt aren't Mr and Mrs Michael Irvin....
