Sorry, I am not available. I can arrange some drops if necessary.

With picking up a project like Kennion, do ya'll think our staff is going to start targeting extremely high ceiling raw project players?
I would love getting more freak athletes if we can coach them up.

I agree. I know a lot of you have watched Auburn for as long as me. I just long for the day that we can have a hard nosed, steel defense.
I am tired of seeing people run up and down the field on us. I love the start we have on the D-Line.... Now if we can get the rest, I could actually be happy

I think you can take some liberties with project players when you sign a group of ends like Lawson and Daniel. This year we have Thorton on board and are going after some other good ones so taking a shot on a raw project is doable even without the talent in place yet.
As far as getting the defense back in order, I hope it happens. i would love to see the 4-2-5 running on all cylinders with a headhunter at star and a pair of linebackers that can plug the holes and stop the run. I would have loved for freshman Daren Bates to be playing star. he would have been on the small side but the kid loved to hit and hit big.

And in Russell's S&C program Bates probably wouldn't have been too little.

Prospect who could get an offer if we miss on another safety or 2.

I like Kemp a'lot. If we miss on Clark I would want him. He has really been trying to get an AU offer.

We drove down to Lake Martin last night. I have empty bags and a sharpie, how much is Raekwon's father's "Church" needing?

Not sure if that's good or bad. If bad nail my arse, I'm so drugged up from surgery and crap I can take a blunt force trauma and not feel a thing.

George Whitfield said this about Sean White - Auburn commit
"Sean (White) was very impressive. He's just a natural distributor that is hard to find. What I look for is a guy who throws a ball even his grandma could catch. It's easy to throw a ball up Calvin Johnson can come down with, I'm looking for that guy that can drop a dime."
"This was the third year in a row where "that guy" came in with nothing to prove and ends up winning MVP. He was the only uncommitted guy at the event. He was the most impressive guy all week long and I think he'll do big things at Auburn."

quote:Either Whitfield misspoke or was misquoted because Sean had everything to prove.

I interpreted it to mean that he didn't have to prove anything because no one had high expectations for him.
