I don’t understand the hate for him and Paul on this board. As far as I can tell they are the most honest and principled politicians of late. I don’t always agree with them, but I respect them.

I was looking at the blue corner with nutrition information on the end of the cereal aisle one day. Greatest hits like Frosted Flakes, lucky charms, etc. the “healthiest” cereal of the group, Raisin Bran had the highest sugar amount of all.

A proper nap should be 10-25 minutes. Anymore and I feel groggy or have trouble sleeping. I take a nap every single day.

I went to the Grant Museum of Zoology at University college of London in January of 2020. It was a huge collection of zoological artifacts from the Victorian era…it is really cool. Walking through the entrance there were videos playing of mostly minorities apologizing for the murder of the animals in the museum. I could hardly believe my eyes and ears.

I purchase most of my casual clothes off poshmark. I generally buy higher end brands and you can save a bundle on most. The majority are like new. Just wash them. I think it’s foolish to pay full price when I can buy them for a fraction of the new price. I’ll get an $80-100 linen shirt for $10-12.
