Time to get a body on folks on both sides of the court gotta rebound a hair better.

Gotta play through the chest of folks on the offensive end.

Who thought the true freshman would as gonna go 6-8 from 3

Also rebounding has been horrible.

Duke is hitting the boards hard on defense. I haven’t paid attention to if they’re just crashing every shot or if we are drawing them in with extra bodies. If we ever get one or a long one we should have some wide open second opportunities from 3.

When? They hit two back to back there but there was like a minute left in the half and we defended well the next possession

Honestly we’d prob be winning if we just played better perimeter defense. JP is a liability out there though and I hate it for him but he just doesn’t look athletic enough.

Coach Self at Kansas almost always takes a timeout anytime 3 trips are empty or other team scores three straight trips.

You might not can win a game in the first half, but you can get in a bad position IF you let runs extend.

We are in the game.
Just need to rebound better and find Broome some isos.

No doubt. The freshmen for them is going nuts but half his shots were completely uncontested.

Man he looks like a different guy entirely from how he was at Furman. On offense he looks so unsure of what to do and on defense his feet are in quicksand.

Bruce has always let his guys play during runs. Don’t necessarily agree with it but that’s just his philosophy and he likely isn’t changing it at this point.

The lob from CBM was bad but he kept us in the first half with several clutch shots at critical times. This game is all about Evans going off from 3 and Broome not delivering on the offensive side yet. No point in complaining about the officiating (2 points to Duke that should have been basket interference) because we all knew going in how the game was going to be called. It's Duke in Cameron and that is worth 8 - 10 points from officials on its own and has been that way for 40 years. Just need to man up the 2nd half, lock down Evans, and have Broome start putting it in the basket. I think we are still in pretty good shape considering the foul trouble.

We’ve been good in the second half this year. Broome has come alive after slow first halves some. Also now we know Evans is hot so hopefully we adjust. I’d like to see some zone with all the screening they’re doing off the ball. You run the risk of Flagg beating you off the dribble though.

FTs 8-11 vs 3-4. Wonder where the difference is?

Feel like all the fouling messed up the rotations and flow. I hope the 2nd half goes better on the fouls.
