Buck should've been fired 2 years ago.

TERRE HAUTE (23-Nov) -- After finishing second four times, the women of the University of Arkansas under coach Lance Harter finally won their first-ever NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships team title here today, beating back a strong challenge from Brigham Young University, and prevailing by just six points, 96 to 102. Moreover, the Razorbacks became only the second women's team in history to win all three NCAA team titles in a calendar year (indoor track, outdoor track and cross country) joining the University of Texas which accomplished the same feat in 1986.

Truly an amazing job that Harter has done the last few years. Never would have guessed that the women’s team would become the dominant force in T&F.

Didn't McDonnell win the triple crown with the guys like a half a dozen times or more or something? And now look at the men's program. Bucknam should have been fired yesterday.

Congrats to the women and Harter. Throw another national title in the mix.

Yep Bucknam needs to go, hopefully a change is made. T/F is our bread and butter, you can't tell me he can't get the top recruits across the country.

The quality literally couldn't have gotten worse anywhere other than coaching. It's like Saban leaving Bama and the next coach comes in and immediately struggles to win 6 games. The recruits, facilities, history, and support are all still there, the coach is the only difference.

It was really bizarre that he didn't have this team ready to run yesterday. They peaked a week early from a training standpoint, and he simply didn't put them in a position to compete. I mean agri park is a notoriously tough course and they were all two minutes slower in Indiana? I'm calling shenanigans. Tough courses add seconds not 2 minutes.

This will be a very talented young team next year which is why he's redshirted Boit which makes me think he thinks he can make a run. Bucknam knows he's coaching for his job next year.

Tell Hunter to make his seat uncomfortable people! He's not going to pay attention unless you make him pay attention! Get on twitter and tell him to do his fricking job!
