Oregon State foul ball

Stoernover

Atwater's dropped INT at Miami - way bigger than Stoernover IMO, and IMO Notre Dame would have had no choice but to choose us in the Cotton Bowl instead of West Virginia in the Fiesta Bowl.

1969 Texas QB run - I was barely born, don't remember it, thank God

any particular play in the 1965 LSU game? I wasn't born, makes me feel good to not know a Hog heartbreak and feel "young" all at the same time I'll bet Rzrbackguy knows, because he's old as shite

what else?

the basketball UCLA loss in 1995 broke all our hearts but I've shut out any particular play that sliced our hearts up I guess

This is such an Arkansas fan thread...

For some odd reason, we continually relive our misery!

Not really trying to give you a hard time Harry, just had to s****.. get a bit sad, and respond!

I can't remember who did it, but the RB running, untouched, into the end zone against Alabama, which would have ended our run of futility against the Tide... fumbled the ball. That was soul crushing.

I'd nominate

1. The Fish fumbled punt in the 2006 SEC championship game vs Florida. I was sitting in the upper deck in the corner and had a great view until the Florida fans around me all stood up.

2. The Tony Jones touchdown to end the 1987 Texas game at War Memorial. This is the only loss to actually make me cry (I was 12)

3. The Mallett interception in the 2011 Sugar Bowl. That still a fun trip. I think I'm too old for a bowl game in New Orleans now.

Kody Walker fumbled on his way to a TD. The Kicker missed a PAT and Brandon Allen threw an interception intended for Johnathan Williams on a wheel route.

2014 14-13 Alabama. Arkansas lost four games decided by seven points or less. An undercoached team that Sam would have went 10-2/9-3 with.

That year doesn't hurt as bad for me. I didn't expect us to have a chance in that one. The 2010 Bama game hurts way worse because we legit should have won that game.

Go into the half up 17-7. Razorback stadium was rocking.

End of the 3rd the wheels fall off and Bama cuts it to 20-14

20-17 with 6 min left in the game

Mallet turns around and throw a pick that Bama takes down to the 10 and goes up 24-17 with 3 min left.

Get the ball back and are driving, and Mallet tries to go hero and throws a pick when he should have thrown the ball away.

I was so mad my wife had visitors over at our house and they left immediately.

The 2010 season broke me between the Bama and Ohio State games. That was the year my child-like fandom died for good and I reached the final stage of jaded Arkansas fan. I will never shake the memory of Mallett overlooking that D-lineman. From on the precipice of one of the greatest comebacks in BCS Bowl history to absolute despair in one play. God that fricking sucked.

Longest and worst drive home I've ever had from a ballgame. I was sitting in the upperdeck among a ton of suckeye fans and that made it even worse.

Were you in the Superdome?

Never felt a suck zone moment like that in my entire life.

It was like the atmosphere vacuum from space balls got attached to the top of the dome.

We were a wild bunch and went straight to our hotel after that. Was pathetic.

Sitting with a friend 1st row of the 30ish yard line. Had a blast until that moment. Reveled in the fact we were even there and actually wanted to man cry... tear forming.

We had field passes and met some of the media prior to the game, had an incredible meal, drinks. Laughed until that moment.

It was a heavy crash all the way down to tears. I stayed and watched the Tattoo U players, and coach in their jubilee... IT SUCKED! and still does.

To this day I will not watch any highlights from that game. So infuriating. Got way too redneck drunk that night in anger. Lots of not a good decisions. frick Ohio St always.

Gotta throw the phantom hold against Matt Jones at home vs Auburn was it 03? Had a long td run that got called back for no damn reason. And brain farting but when we got hosed against Tebows Florida team in the swamp with Marc Curls I believe fricking us with horrible calls. Guess that woulda been 2008?
