Who's fault is that.all joking aside it's Still pretty badass that there's people who say Reynolds and war memorial are the loudest places they've ever played. It's a shame our stadium doesn't get more respect nation wide

Well well well. Everyone already knew that. When it gets to rocking it can't be beat.

Lou Holtz said the same thing.

2010 Alabama game was the loudest game I've been been to. But on average, when I've seen a good Arkansas team play a non-cupcake, War Memorial has the overall best noise and atmosphere.

Fayetteville isn't loud, and WMR doesn't have the best tailgating. Drive a few hours north to KC if you want loud and great tailgating. I know it's pro football, but I chuckle when I hear Arkansas fans talk about atmosphere, it's OK but nothing to brag about.

Pretty sad to think Bert took the best home field advantage in CFB and lost to Toledo with it.

I don't think WMS has been the same since Petrino was canned. Losing Petrino, corportizing the program, removing games, and bad/mediocre teams have caused the downfall of the game day experience at WMS. It truly is sad. During the Nutt and Petrino era, WMS was often a magical place.

Maybe Fayetteville needs to add more concrete.

I can understand why it doesn't though, up until the last major renovation/expansion (2001?) it was pretty below average, and in it's current form it's nice but still not top-tier like some of our competitors and the bluebloods. Others have sacrificed quality for quantity to get to the 100k+ mark, naturally they'll be lauded as some of the loudest. At one time, particularly during the Nutt years, WMS put Razorback stadium to shame as far as raucous crowds and noise. That hasn't been the case in a long time though.

It obviously makes a difference when your team is good and playing a big game, ie Bama in 2010. We haven't had too many (really none) games like that since, and that was by far the most energy I've ever witnessed in DWRRS. Even in a gut wrenching loss that was still the most fun and craziest game I've ever been to.

I think you'll see DWRRS start popping up on these lists after the latest expansion and renovation is done since by all accounts it'll be much nicer throughout and louder due to being closed in. We just need a competitive team to match.

If it meant we could get Leach here, I would allow for a game to stay in LR. And that's saying a lot because I've been on the get-the-hell-out-of-LR bandwagon for a long time.

We would have to drop the JerryWorld game though.
