He's the kind of coach needed to succeed here. Petrino-style, lives by X's and O's.

He's only been a head coach at Texas tech and Washington state though. Getting 10 wins once at either of those places is an achievement and both times he had to basically build the programs from the ground up. He also won a natty as an oc and his offense hasn't stopped being productive in over 15 years now. We would always score points and be in games. There would never be a full Saturday and we would be winning more than we are now. I mean you saying he's only won 10 games once is acting like that's what we're used to. I'd be happy with 8 or 9 win seasons consitently

I was at the game Leach talks about.
It was the loudest thing I've ever been to, and that includes an REO Speedwagon concert.

I'm not completely sure Leach could win big here, but I know he'd be better than Bert
