I'm thinking about really running with the Hufflepuff thing since the Harry Potter moniker stuck. I just can't decide how I want it to manifest in an image. The fact that his last two stops have been black/yellow just makes it too easy.

Yeah, not sure what to do with it. So cringeworthy to me. Gives me PTSD flashbacks of Chad.

Looks like he's trying to do Michael Jackson's Thriller move. Might be funny to do a compare/contrast.

Eh, they're probably going to beat our arse by the looks of it.

They're going to shred our soft arse defense.

I mean Missouri's defense gives up points at a higher % of drives than our defense. That's saying something considering our defense faces the most drives per game in the conference by far. I'm not sure I'd call a defense that's in the top half of the SEC in most stats soft. They're just on the field literally more than any other defense in the SEC.

The average opponent plays per game in the conference is 69. We face 80 on average.

Good thing we hurry up on all those 3 and outs

Just comes with the territory with the offense we run. Won't matter nearly as much once we actually have SEC depth on that side of the ball. (Or if the offense could, ya know, get a first down)

It will get better and yes boom or bust is part of the system but I really don't see the point in hurry up before the first down or at least a big pick up. Feels like we hurry up too much after a gain of 1 or 2 on 1st down and end up punting the ball after using up one minute of game time.

I agree, but honestly at the end of the day a 3 and out is going to be a short outing no matter how long you wait to snap it. We've got to get better at moving the sticks with some consistency hurry up or not.

If they run the ball and the QB doesn't make drastic mistakes, our system just doesn't set us up to win.

I guess its a throw away year but would have liked to see us re-adjust that philosophy to try and beat LSU.

Hope I'm wrong with Mizzou but they're playing pretty well.

If we would have been more healthy on the Dline, I don't think there is anyway we lose that game. They could just run for 3-4 yards every play because we were so thin on an already thin Dline.

How so? This is only true if they score points and our defense can't get themselves off the field.

I would have settled with having most of our starters.

No doubt.

Just saying it seems like that could/would have been taken into consideration and we'd have "adjusted" the game plan accordingly.

Seemed like we fired ahead as if the defense was totally intact.

Doesn't matter at this point, just doesn't appear to have a lot of that going on and more of a "frick it, this season is a mulligan, let's stick to the long term philosophy".

The latter is fine, just different school of thought and may cost us some games but end of the day, probably better for the program long term vs beating a shitty LSU team in Covid szn.

if the other team can run the ball and the whole doesn’t make mistakes that will set them up to win regardless of what offensive system we run. That’s football 101 establish the run don’t turn it over I don’t see how us running the spread or pro I would help us if a team is running it down our throats at will. (No one has done that to us other than Georgia this year btw.)

That gif is extremely cringey and embarrassing

Honestly, this is the game I've wanted us to win the most all year with A&M being a close second. We HAVE to get that monkey off our back to proceed forward in our rebuild, we recruit pretty similar talent in largely the same pool as Mizzou and A&M.

This "streak" bullshite is an embarrassment to this program when it comes to programs like Mizzou or A&M that we SHOULD have football dominance over. Historically we OWN the Aggies, but we couldn't get that W this year. Time to take it out on the Tigers of Mizzou.

We won't beat Bama, so this is our last chance for a regular season win this year. I hope Pittman has drilled the importance of this game into our guys' heads

Guy on 247 is saying Franks has a rib injury and that Coates, Slusher, Foucha and Gregory won’t play...
