...and I mean *actually* killing it. The once storied Allen High football powerhouse is dead, with Chad Morris driving his stake into its heart full tilt boogie.
He's on the hot seat at his HS job because his team sustained yet another loss Friday night, the first multi-loss season for Allen High since 2005. The loss also ended Allen's 72 game district winning streak.
At what point does everyone realize he's just a horrible HC on any level?

He was great in HS before moving to college
I think 18 and 19 broke him and now he has no confidence, even in HS

is he really on the hot seat?

It was like a bad dream.
I'm so damn glad he is gone.

Where do you even go from here?
He isn’t going to be an assistant coach at a high school, who wouldn’t allow that.
Do you run seminars? What not to do?
I still think if a college picked him up and said you run our recruiting department, and he would nail that.

You have to realize it will take time for him to get his players in place.
If the players there were any good, they wouldn't have had to hire him.
Is this not how it works Chad?
Does his wife live in the same area code now at least?

Arkansas broke him. Picked him up and broke his back.

He never was a good coach even at the high school level. He just ran an offense that was ahead of it's time. Now everyone runs the same offense, but does it much better and defenses have adjusted.

From what I understand he runs a shittier version of Briles offense?

This.
He was okay at Clemson, but they maxed at 10 wins when he was there. They got astronomically better once he left. They never so much as sniffed the CFP when he was their OC, and they’ve been to the CFP every year since he left for SMU (this year notwithstanding).
Chad Morris going to SMU was quite literally the best thing to ever happen to Clemson’s football program.

He runs a shittier version of the gus Malazan offense.
Gus taught his offense to him and he "improved" it by adding passing elements from other offenses.
Then, like Gus, proclaimed himself an offensive guru and has ran the same offense for 20+ years with no tweaks or changes to adapt to defenses designed to stop it.
Briles offense predates the Gus offense and has some similar elements. This is likely where Gus came up with the majority of his ideas and the hunh. Ancient offenses veer vs single wing ran really fast.
Everyone is use to tempo now so it isn't as hard to prepare for like it was 20 years ago. Briles offense has evolved adding elements of the run and shoot and air raid. The Gus offense is the same as it was in 2006.

Nah. He was a recruiter.

Nah, that is number 2. Number 1 is his revamping their recruiting and getting Deshaun Watson to Clemson.

Bingo.
He’s a con artist salesman who’s been bullshitting the football world for a decade.

Took a Chad Morris progeny to get rid of Gary Patterson.

I was out on Chad Morris at the introductory press conference. The way he drank water non stop reminded me of when the RNC trotted out Marco Rubio to get a rebuttal to Obama state of the union.

I remember when I heard that they were considering Chad Morris, I knew our program was in bad shape and there were no legitimate candidates for the job. Then when they actually hired him, I knew we were f*cked.
What surprised me, and I was totally wrong about, was his recruiting ability. Dude did put together some of the most talented recruiting classes that Arkansas has ever had. Have to give him props for that
