I’ve never really been one to worry about other programs having openings when we do. The hot name coach in the “pecking order” like Jimbo or Scott Frost usually doesn’t work out which is who programs above us will hire while under the radar guys like Kleiman or DeBoer are working out well who no one ever heard of. It’s a crapshoot.
