I listened to Justin Acri and also heard Bruce James destroy the fans that booed at the past game.

While I never booed at a game (minus officials) and I don’t boo at my Sony Walkman, but these hypocrites get on statewide radio, high upon their high horse and denounce those fans.

These sumbitches turn around on state wide radio and say that the QBs’ belong in D-Iii, or rail on the offensive line ( all true btw), players dont have anh talent.

Dont piss down my leg and tell me it’s raining.

The booing will continue until morale improves.

Hope not, but can’t blame the ones that actually go to a game

Honestly, they are lucky that the fans didn't start throwing crap on the field.

There's at least one Hog fan who will burn a player's vehicle to the ground. And that's during a winning season. They better hope either that guy found a new team, or hope gas prices keep climbing.

Yeah, funny how the football players (current and former) are acting so sensitive. It's no wonder we don't ever win anything significant. Apparently we don't recruit the kind of players that will get motivated to shut the fans up by playing hard.

Fans booing in the stands is going to be used as an excuse when the class falls apart. They'll gloss over the product on the field and the likely 1-11 or 2-10 record we'll be sporting by seasons end. Hell, somebody posted that recruits at the game were laughing at how bad we were, but yeah booing.

I've decided we arent recruiting kids that are academically there to play at this level.

every year I think weve said were simplifying the playbook somewhere for some reason or another as the kids just can't grasp it.

Listen to their interviews for more proof, and those are the ones that coaches choose to put in front of the camera.

Booing takes effort. Everyone watching at my place were effortlessly laughing. It was a natural response to the joke the players were telling on the field. Don’t boo, laugh and see how the players respond to that. I’d bet they’d wish for boos again.

Been going to football games at UofA since I was 12. I have never booed a team, and probably never will.

That being said, if someone wanted to boo that laughable performance Saturday, I fully supported them.

Cringiest game I've ever been through as a hog fan, and its not even close. Those players should have been loaded up on the bus, dropped off in Bella Vista, and told to run back to campus on the bike trail.

Absolutel embarrassing.

I heard the same thing. Here is the deal.

People were not booing the players at first. They were booing the decision to put Kelly back out there.
Once the players quit, which most of them clearly did, the booing turned to the players.

This is not some high school game people pay $10 to see. People pay hundreds or even thousands a year to attend games in one of the poorest states in the country. The Razorbacks are all we have and our pro team so I understand the booing.

Bruce James tried to make the point of booing being using to negatively recruit. Which is worse? Using booing or getting beat by 30+ by every conference opponent. I'll go with getting the shite kicked out of us.

How would a fan know what a player drives?

That's been one of the stupidest stories in the past five years. Complete horse shite.

Wasn't it suspected to be the boyfriend of a girl a certain player had banged over the summer?

I hope we have fans fighting in the stands during the Alabama game. I'm not kidding. Duke it the frick out. Whoever wants to boo, they're going to boo. It's a free country. If some doucebag wants to tell them to shutup, great, fight it out.

I saw a fight in the stands years ago at Vandy, and I was like, "alright, Go Vandy"

What exactly is the practical difference between booing a player for a poor performance, and booing the coach for putting him back in after a poor performance?

You boo the coach for putting the players in a position to not succeed.

I think you only boo a college player for complete lack of effort.

I guess I can see that. This whole time it's seemed to me like scenario one is "frick you, you suck, we don't want you." vs. "frick you, coach. That guy sucks and we don't want him."

This, and it's well into the thousands. Back in the day 20 bucks got you a good seat and you went to support the team regardless of skill level & success. But when you are spending thousands of dollars, what amounts to a financial investment that you have to plan for, you go to the game with the expectation of being entertained.. getting a return on your investment.

What we saw last Saturday was similar to investing 20,000 dollars into bit coin only to see it lose 70% of it's value of the weekend.. but in this case it was near 100%.

That’s exactly what most are doing, whether they will admit it or not.
