I would assume Rowser as gone at this point. He will probably decommit around signing day and have a "pick a hat" event on the day itself. I doubt it will be us.

That's the impression I get. Besides, Rowser is a Safety, and Carter isn't the safety coach and doesn't recruit safeties, Odom does. So the change has zero effect on the Rowser situation.
All I can gather is that Rowser is either academically not going to make it to Arkansas or anywhere else, or the 'unexpected baby-on-the-way' story rumor has actual validity and he can't leave the Michigan area.
All I know is, the prospects of Rowser going to Arkansas feel pretty slim right now.
