Their holier-than-thou, sanctimonious crap gets on my last nerve.
What should be THE board to go to for Hog sports is a shell of what it could be because the moderators fancy themselves the gatekeepers for what fans want to talk about or should talk about.

247 has become just as bad. I hardly ever go there anymore and plan to cancel when the promotional rate is up.

I’ve never heard one person say wow it’s such a great website.

And to be quite honest, I think the reason they suck, is because of the front facing media.
They are afraid the coaches will limit their access if they get word of any foul talk of the players, play calling or anything.
To be a good forum it needs to be fan controlled with anonymity.

I always enjoyed the coaching search times. Would get a bunch of "insiders" feeding me bull shite and I ate it up.
HOWEVER, there was a fine gentleman that let me know Musselman was indeed in Bud Walton before the hire was made. The media was all saying it wasn't true, but this certain poster was super nice and assured me it to be true.

I once gave them QB depth chart info that Bielema said straight to my face at a dinner party. At the time I couldn't say how I got it. I had to be discreet.

Sounds about right for Hogville. I left back when I joined here in 2009 but it was the same way then. Some absolute douchebags over there on the moderator team back then.

Only time I’ve ever created a burner account on a website was in that bunch of fun. Some good times were spent prodding that along. I honestly still can’t fathom how anyone believed the shite he was saying. I also can’t believe they took him back with open arms after his board failed.
