He's unlikely to be drafted high, decent chance he comes back and enters the portal

Mock drafts are all over the place with Black and Smith. I’ve seen Smith as high as #9 to Dallas all the way down to #22 with the Nets. Also #10 to the Jazz.

Seen a couple with Black going to Orlando or Utah. Both would be a good landing spot for him, Magic are about to be really good.

Worst one I saw was Black going to the Wizards. Please no, we’ll never hear from him again just like Gafford.

so sad to go from no.1 overall prospect to that. I know it’s not his fault but damn he was a bust for his rating.

He’s got plenty of time to figure it out. It’s a shame he didn’t get to play more for us but he’s still a Hog and I think he has a bright future. He would be a great pick for Utah, they need a pg and they’re already poised to be pretty good.

Would like for either of them to go to Orlando, they’re the next breakout team in the East for sure. But if either of them go to the Thunder I’m gonna move to OKC.

Whole new roster next year

Also you don’t tell Ford bye unless you have a big name taking that spot.

That's the new face of team building, I suppose.
No time to take a freshman and give him a couple of years to develope. You have to come in ready to start or your gone before the next year.
You do your developing at a mid major or below.
I still believe Ford would have become a very good player for us.

Need to create a farm system with some good coaches at smaller schools. Let these guys transfer, develop and be open to their return at a later date. Tell them up front. Don't burn bridges. As far as we know, Muss may be keeping the option of returning open to these younger guys if they improve on the weaknesses he ID's. Just a thought. Court time is better than riding the bench. Help them find the right situation to develop their skills and let the chips fall where they may.
