Faherty might be a mental midget.

Last Saturday was likely his last appearance in any sort of meaningful weekend baseball.

Only way he sees the field on weekends going forward is if we’re getting blown out and need an innings eater.

It's a shame, too. He's got good stuff. Just needs to get his head right.

And his highlight of the year was Oregon State swinging at awful pitches.

the lineup with Holt and Souza in it and Wilmsmeyer out of it looks fine to me

Agreed.

It features two of our more reliable hitters and removes our automatic out. Betting we see some version of that tomorrow.

Holt has flashed some glove in the field. I’m fine with slotting him as our everyday left fielder, and cementing Souza as our weekend DH when White is catching. When/if White is getting a break in game 2 or 3, I anticipate he’ll be DHing and Souza will be a situational PH against righties.

I'm curious to watch Aggie vs Bama tonight. We barely got a win there last Friday and proceeded to drop the next two games.

A&M scored 10 on Bama game 1 and has 8 runs again through 2 in game 2.

Our offense could never.

A&M reminds me of 2022 Tennessee.

That team mashed and beat teams’ asses in the SEC, but then of course promptly fizzled in the Supers against Notre Dame.

Here’s hoping history repeats itself.

But why? He has the second highest OPS in SEC play on the team?

JSL has back issues. So, they're sitting him so he can get healthy.

Diggs and Wilmsmeyer continue to lay a pile of dung on home plate when they're at bat. DVH continues to put them in the lineup. Go figure.

He’s been in a spiral the last several weeks.

He looks absolutely lost at the plate.
