Can we stop suggesting stupid shite for McAdoo. We have a freshman who showed he can be a lockdown corner. Just fricking enjoy it and quit making the kid learn new positions to get on the field when he's plenty good enough at a super thin position......

There was some talk of Mbake moving to DB later in the season. Think he worked over there for a while.
Don't know what will happen there. Think he was back at receiver for the bowl game for depth at least.

I’d feel pretty damn good about next year if Ketron was back.

Why did that comment piss you off? McAdoo is a hitter and a ball hawk, so was Catalon. I’ll be happy no matter where he plays but I like a safety who will go all Steve Atwater on your arse. He’s got that potential.

This is only a slightly less stupid opinion than those saying he'd go back to WR.....
Every week someone on here dreams how good this kid could be at another position because he had success at CB.....what your proposing is just simply shite roster management that solves no problems and creates holes in the defense......

I mean, if we land a capable CB or NB from the portal or Braxton is too good to not play then I could see a scenario where McAdoo plays safety just to get our best players on the field. Otherwise we have good corners but shitty safeties just like we did this year.

It's a hell of a lot easier to find safeties or transition slower CBs to safety from the portal..... When you get someone who plays CB like this you thank your lucky stars and teach them to be the best lockdown corner out there. Take away half the field

We have Deke Adams recruiting this position. Don't get your hopes up. He is useless. This is a position I wish the new DC would totally upgrade with a recruiter.
