I'm good with that. I hate it for Moody, though. If he was just scoring around his average I think he would be fine. Hope it works out for him as that's Life changing money and good for Muss when recruiting.

Not bashing the kid, but if I'm an NBA scout and I have a potential lottery pick who largely disappeared in 4 tournament games and regularly had to be taken off the floor, I'm looking at that with a jaundiced eye.

If we got average moody this would have been a winnable game. Got down too quickly in the first which seems to be a Muss staple and didn't get enough from Moody

I was way too harsh on dude today but the post season is what's remembered. I'll have much more fond memories of Tate and Smith.
Can we give a hell yeah for Desi MF'n Sills in here though? The dude played his role, didn't bitch when he rode the pine and came in and gave us some great minutes the last two games.

This game will be remembered as what if. If Moody was just average then we are in the final four.
It is one thing to bring it and lose to the better team and it is another when the team isn't playing up to our potential. I believed we could have done better tonight and Muss was very irritated. But it happens and the season is over.

Some of y'all are too upset by the loss to realize what a great season we just had. And how much potential we have to go back next year. We didn't get past a very good baylor team. The refs blew yadda yadda. But we are an elite 8 team.

Oh I’m not pissed about the loss. We played a dang good game and had it under 5 but didn’t have a go to scorer to close it out.

Good year but one win from being a great year. Muss is a very fiery coach but early success could be the kiss of death. His personality could burn him out here very quickly. That is a big concern.

This game was close for a couple minutes in the second half. Arkansas led for exactly 0 minutes and 0 seconds. Moody hit a couple free throws at the end to cut the final deficit to 9, and people are talking about what if’s? That’s just sad. We got beat by a better team, simple as that.
And this was a great year, there’s about 343 other teams in the country that wish they could have had a year like ours.

We just had our best season since ‘95 with a patchwork roster of mid-major transfers and freshmen from Arkansas in our head coach’s second year. Things will get better from this point. Muss is a great coach.
