Doesn't the women's team have a bunch of 5* recruits/Transfers coming in?

We do really well in recruiting. One of our 2023 women's commits is top 10 nationally.
Our roster had a youth turnover and inexperience after the Dungee/Tolefree/Slocum led teams. He also got the graduates with COVID years to move on to create PT for this group and getting them to play together for the future years to come.
Dauda is redshirting, Wolfenbarger is still learning how to play with her body changes (when she gets stronger and a mean streak watch out). Daniels and Barnum injuries have really hurt being out for so many games at a time and not looking great since returning. Goforth is probably our best all-around player except FT shooting. Ramirez is a scorer and our leading rebounder in SEC games. Spencer played a lot because of Daniels injury but overall our team can't shoot well enough for what our HC wants to do.
4 times since joining the SEC has the women's program been better than .500 in SEC play. 2 of those 4 times were the last 2 years. Right now we sit at 6-7 with 3 games to play.

Interesting to see some of the past teams with the most similar profile to ours. The most similar have had pretty good results

Love that breakdown. This matchup looks really good for us actually. I expect we force s lot of turnovers, and we should win rebounding margin.

The way this team plays defense, shoots FTs and consistently creates shots, no one is going to want to see us in the tourney.
If we can shoot above 30% and keep Notae and Williams on the floor, a run is very possible.
