It was painful…but the loss to fsu may have been what this team needed.
They’re responding well…more focused.

Coaches don’t like switching from players that have proven to win a lot of games. Even a guy with as many faults as Jalen. It’s just tough

If Roberts and Carroll don't trot out there when we receive the kick to start the 3rd Q, WE RIOT!

But you quit on Ty for the season just an hour ago. Just saying

I did because that first drive he went back to the FSU guy.

When he shook that and actually started playing well I gave him the credit.

Which is what is normal; criticism when doing poorly and praise when doing well.

Yup! How do you justify replacing an all-SEC selection who took you to the playoffs? Coaches don’t get to hit reset on the Play Station if things go south.

I’m encouraged, but I want to see how we play on the road in Athens and how we prepare for Vandy & Mizz. We’ll know a lot about this team after the Mizz game.

Bro just stop. It’s obvious you look for any reason to down Ty. I still remember your big thing with milroe was he didn’t throw on time because his receivers sucked and he couldn’t trust them. That’s why he was late on throws and didn’t throw across the middle. Ty 30/31 but that one pass. The one pass that was PI uncalled…

We may have ourselves a QB boys
If he can sit back there and tap the ball a few times he’s very good.

He’s everything Milroe wasn’t. And it’s refreshing. But I haven’t seen anything that tells me he’s capable of consistently dropping back and throwing on time in a big game.

Milroe would probaly be COOKING right now too.

Yeah I think Wisconsin is genuinely a terrible offense. But good to see we’re locking them up

In 20 years of Saban did the team ever show up to game 1 not focused ?

How is it possible for a team to not be focused their first game of the year ?

I think it's more likely that DeBoer finally figured out he was becoming the laughing stock of college football, and if he didn't want to get tar-and-feathered and run outta town he better man up and get this team ready to brawl.

Hot takes from the first half:

Kevin Riley might be our best back - Young needs to nut up in pass protection.

Hubbard is looking like he did pre-injury.

17 is just a great number for a small Bama WR.

Simpson is growing up right before our very eyes.

Still need to work on over pursuing the QB and getting out of position.

SPICY HOT TAKE:

If they continue to click, this could be our best offense since 2020.
